Waiting for refund from past 3 months

Hello,
I would just like to inform you that my claim is closed by Ebay since you think that I was not reachable. I replied to your mail quite a few number of times informing the best time to reach me. Moreover, I once spoke to one of your customer care executives. She clearly told me I would be compensated for the itmed I returned. Which never happened. I tried reaching the seller quite a few times and dropped mails too. But seller never paid heed to my requests.

I would like to request you to credit my account with interest for the items I never received. Or else I shall be forced to file a case in Consumer Court. If required, I can forward the mails that I sent to seller.
