Very poor e-bay customer service

I have ordered panasonic eluga u cover from ebay on 30th Oct 2014.  (PaisaPay ID 37745968610)

 

But is still not delivered,

 

I have called many a times on Customer care service number. I was also tracking dot zot courier status. And the last status I saw was It's in Surat transit house on 12 Nov. 2014.

 

After that courier tracking site was not showing any result for status & was not working. And that courier company customer care number is also not working. On 4th Dec 2014 I was given claim ID No. 780813 for refund.

 

Now the said item is showing delivered on 15th Dec 2014, See trailing mail. Which is not yet delivered.

 

Even calling on customer care is a hectic work. It will keep you on hold for at least 10- 15 minutes , (every time I called, waiting time was at least 10-15 mins), before any of your executive answers a call.

 

  

I hope I will get a positive & immediate response from your side.

agree with you... stopped buying products from ebay.... Customer Care is a peace of **bleep**... they dont understand what customer wants to communicate....
