I had ordered a mobile flip cover and it was not delivered in time. I requested for a refund claim, called seller, called customer service multiple times but no proper response. Only thing I could do was to wait till eBay delivers the item as I had paid with credit card in advance. And definitly I did not think I can return the item and ask for refund with such bad service.
And nothing good to say about the item delivered also after wait of almost 4 weeks.
