I bought two Samsung 8 GB micro SD cards from eBay in July 2014 among which one was wrong. I informed this to the customer care of eBay and a cclaim id 585087 was generated on 30 July 2014 telling a coupon of the required amount would be reflect within 8 to 10 working days.After that I contacted several times to the Customer Support over phone. Every time they were asking for next 8 to 10 days within which the problem would be resolved.
Today it is 24 November 2014 and the problem is not solved by them till now.
In this sustaining situation I am asking you whether my problem will be solve or not ?
