Unsuccessful payment in ebay :money deducted

I purchased an item, paid the amount via net banking.The AMOUNT was deducted, but I received "Payment unsuccessful" message!!!! (no confirmation on the item booked)

Tried calling customer support, it's always BUSY!!!!

No reply to my email!!!
This is annoying...

I also faced the same issue...Amount got deducted and got no confirmation. The seller also did not respond
