Unable to follow Sellers for past 1 week

Hi 

I am unable to follow any seller for the past 1 week.

After I press the follow button it just says "Sorry, there was an error, please try again".

Please see the screenshot attached.

Looking for a prompt help.

Thanks for the reply.

I did contact Ebay about a week back - but it's not fixed.

Was hoping that someone from the Ebay team would see it and help me.
