I CHATED WITH THEM AND TOLD I GOT THAT MESSEGE WHEN I TRIED TO SELL , THEY TOLD THEY WILL CALL AT THE NUMBER GIVEN IN EBAY ACCOUNT , I TOLD CALLED I AM AT THE NUMBER , but they didnt called ,telling me to send driving license or private documents

Change your password so that the third person can't use your account.

Also try to contact eBay and email them.

I think you need to fax the address proof of yours (ex: Election Card, Driving License or Phone Bills).

Don't worry and fax them. Your account will come to normal. ---------------

But i am only selling magazines that are for Rs 100
and for this i dont want to give them private details

they are not calling on the tel number in my profile that is not chnaged by me from starting

when ever i call live support they tell we have to call u to verify
but after that they tells line is busy , some error while calling , they are making excuses

also i never sold others things , i sold only magazines till now and i have not found any 3rd party activity in my account

this is the 2nd time i got this alert

Also previously baazee was calling for account payment many times and i paid them but now why they cant call

when i have to pay Approx 200 Rs they where calling 4-5 times in a month to pay that amount , now not even 1 call to help me

Or they just calls at home when the baazee/ebay payment is pending

Hi,

I hope eBay will help you soon. It seems that the response time for the finance and security depts. are different :-)!! May be if you try Navneeth's suggestion it will be faster. No body can do any misuse with a single side fax of your Voter ID. You may think to give it a try. .

they are fast in contacting when we haveto pay just 20- 25 RS to them
not why not contacting me
