I bought a Yu Yureka ( box open) from ebay bit it turned out to be a damaged one. My phones front camera was clearly damaged as all the pictures came out orangy and blurried.. Not only that but the phone mic doesnt seem to work which means i cant even make a simple phone call.. Basically its useless to me. Now i simply want to return it and i want my money back as this was the sexond time i bought from ebay and something or the other went wrong. I tried to do that using ebay guarantee and i got a call from ebay. I told them that i want to return it and they said they'll talk to the aeller and contact me again but its been 5 days and i still haven't heard from them. I hope ebay reads this and sees to it that my money is returned.
