On Oct. 24, 2015 i bought Item number: ***.
i made payment through ICICI Bank Internet Banking. Transaction was failed on eBay but amount was debited in my bank..In my ebay account thier is no details about purchased details. I called eBay customer support they told me that i will get a call from eBay within 72hrs regarding this issue and i will either get a refund or the order will be placed.
But its already 72hrs and i have not got any calls from eBay nor anyone attending the call, full time busy.
Please someone help me.
