Tracking a payment

Hi there

I live in Australia and recently I purchased an item from an Indian Seller on ebay. I paid for this item through PisaPay. How long does it take for this transaction to go through? and how can I check the progress?

Hello quadrosy16,

If you are buying for the first time or the transaction amount is high then PaisaPay may ask you for some scanned documents for verification.

Normally, the payment is cleared within 48 hours or so.

Once the payment is through you will have to get in touch with the Seller and request the Consignment number. Most of the Indian Sellers ship their Items through speed post service of INDIA POST. Once the packet reaches your country, you can track it on the website of your Country's Postal Service. .
