I got a damaged item from Ebay back to back 3 times. for 2 times i got a Refund in coupan Form but refund for last damaged item yet to be received even after complition of about 1 month.
I have raised Claim via Claim ID 2053050 on 7th June, 2016 and refund for the same was approved on 19th June, 2016.
Almonst 17 days expired after refund approved but till date i didn't received refund amount. Only buyers are bearing cost of Monetary Value as well as Time cost.
The Customers have to purchase items from Ebay even after you got a damaged Item back to back 3 times or Whatever times. because Ebay is not giving refund in bank account. customer bind to use coupan compulsory.
Ebay is providing too worst service ever i have seen in my life.
Even i can't delet my account as my refund is still pending.
Ebay must to provide Negative Rating system for feedback.
