This is very unfortunate being a top e-commerce company still u don't resolve my issue from past 40 days. Whenever i call you i got the same reply, wait for the next 48 hours sometimes 72 hours we will escalate to the concerned team, but still my issue remains unsolved.I claimed for a refund of a product which i ordered on ebay wasn't the product actually i order when i got that, still i am being the person who suffers. I was asked to produce a Bank Statement which shows no kind of refund in my account, then i was asked to contact bank to verify further, i was given a Payment Reference Number because you believe that you have send my refund already but still the same no kind of transaction to that Payment Reference Number in my account.
