Timelines and policies as explained by selling team supervisors and escalation desk guys

We called the selling team to know the status of our remittance and to know the reason for it to be on hold.
 
On thursday when the remittance was put on hold, we called selling team and we were assured that they will mail us back within 48 to 72 hours.
 
When the 72 hours got completed today, we again called back to know the status and we were explained a new policy which was stunning and shocking for us.
 
We were told that ebay works 9 hours a day, hence since thursday, friday 9 hours, saturday 9 hours, sunday was off, and monday today.....hence 72 hours are not yet completed. This was explained to us by none other then escalation desk Mr. Bhupender Yadav. 
We clearly asked him again that like claim department gives us 48 hours to respond, hence according to his explanation of calculation of timings, the 48 hours will get completed by 5 days and 3 hours ...... He said YES
 
We asked him to update the same information in remarks of the SR but he denied that too. 
 
The SR for the same was 1-110952161267 
 
Thereafter we called again 
 
Mr Ashish Awasthi took the call
 
We confirmed from him that are these policies as explained by his senior Mr. Bhupender Yadav in line with ebay policies. He also said YES
 
Then we asked the same question from him, that like claim department gives us 48 hours to respond, hence according to his explanation of calculation of timings, the 48 hours will get completed by 5 days and 3 hours ...... He also said YES
 
He also confirmed there are many policies which are not written anywhere nor communicated to seller, but they are deliberately applied on seller with coercion as the seller is under them. 
 
After all this, we gave him an SR wherein we were given 48 hours for claim to respond, he said " We discuss only one issue on one call as per ebay policy and i cannot discuss claims on this call."
 
After our repeated questioning, he said 48 hours gets over against calculation of 24 hours in a day.
 
We asked him "kya tum nashe mein the jab pehle ye bola tha ki 5 days mein hote hain "
 
He said "Nashe mein hone" is abusive word
 
After this when he was answerless or speechless, he trasferred the call again to Mr. Bhupender Yadav.

There are many thing, which are beyond policies as explained to us by your agreement.
 
When we asked Mr. Bhupender to let us speak to his seniors, he didn't let us speak to them as well.
 
We are still not told what are the reason for our remittance to be on hold, the reasons mentioned are OTHERS.
 
Kindly explain why shall this all not be termed as mental harassment when you are on a hold of our more than Rs. 35,00,000.
