I purchased a branded SP Wella shampoo and conditioner from eBay. I forgot to note that box. After getting that shampoo, after 15 days I started to use. Myself and my husband used that. We got very severe hair fall what we didn't get while using that brand shampoo before. After some days only because of hair fall I started to note that box suspected for duplicate. I complaint in eBay. But they told as +30 days, so it's not covering under eBay guarantee. So no solution for my 1895rs. From this I understood they r selling only duplicate products and I suggested my friends community not to buy any products especially from eBay. In hair related products we faced twice.
