The "BUY IT NOW" Problem Not Fixed-Buyers Cannot Pay For Items

i thought this problem was fixed but still buyers are unable to pay for items and i am receiving mails for other payment options.
is this happening to every one or is just me!!

the problem has not been solved the buyer requested paypal invoice this morning because buyer unable to purchase through paisapay.
