I ordered a tuner card from ebay three days back. It said on the screen that transaction is not complete, but money got deducted. When I called up ebay customer care they said issue will be sorted out in 72 hours. Then I called again (after 72 hours), they took my transaction details and asked me to try after 48 hours. Why in the world couldn't you gather the transaction details during the first call?
I tried buying from ebay only because i got a gift coupon of certain amount. Had this problem happened at flipkart, they would have sorted it out in less than 48 hours (and I am speaking from experience). I needed the product urgently, I could go and buy it from market, but it was the worst decision of that day to rely on ebay.
