I bought a IPHONE 5S 64 gb from Ebay on 31st Jan 16. The product got delivered on 4th Feb which is internally damaged. I have called Ebay cust care on the day itself and i have been given only option to wait for their process to be done. And I have been calling and calling but EBAY kept saying the same thing that I will receive a call in 48hrs, Everytime the reply is the same and I will have to callback to remind about the process. I was trapped and I got to know that I have made a mistake by buying a product from EBAY. I swear that I will never buy from you guys. I request you to please refund my Money back.
