TOP REASONS WHY YOUR MONEY IS AS GOOD AS IN SEWAGE IF YOU BUY FROM EBAY:
1. You are at your own if you paid money upfront and later there if is an issue with product or refund. NO BODY FROM EBAY WILL HELP! PERIOD.
2. Sellers can sell you products which they dont have! They can provide you any fake shipping numbers within shipment due date thats all they need to do. Again EBAY DOES NOT CARE TO CHECK AND YOU HAVE NO OPTION EVEN TO GET REFUND ON TIME
3. Even if you raise a Paisapay refund claim, the claim will not be processed. The seller will be given MINIMUM TWO WEEKS TO PROVIDE A SHIPPING NUMBER AFTER YOU RAISE THE CLAIM, THATS WHY SELLERS DO WHAT I SAID IN POINT 2
4. EBAY CUSTOMER SERVICE LIE ALL THE TIME!. They will say your case is escalated but it will not be. They will say seller has been contacted regarding the case but its a lie, They will say you will get refund in 48 to 72 hrs, its again a lie!
5. The refund can take maximum of 20 days AFTER THE EXPIRY OF LAST DATE TO RECEIVE THE PRODUCT! So the sellers/ PAISAPAY company earn interest atleast for 2 months from the money of all buyers for FREEE!!
6. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO ESCALATION CONTACTS IF THERE IS AN ISSUE: All you can do is talk/chat to the same customer service team again and again who will say what you know already. NO ONE ELSE WILL RESPOND YOU!
Even after reading all this, if you decide to buy from ebay, I think :
1. Either that money is not yours, or it was a lottery win
2. The product is not worth even 100 or 200 rupees, so you can take the risk of buying from ebay
3. You are really an adventurist ready to jump from 110th floor without safety ropes! All the Best.
