Struggling to get my money from 3 month

Hello Sir,

My Ebay id is "khalid_ayaan" , I am trying to get my money hard earn money from 3 month,I am literally begging in every door in Ebay even the Grievance department, i had sent 1000's of mails, nobody reply, my account manager is telling working on it, and its going 3 month, 3 months for GOD SAKE, What is this eEBay serice , i am stunned this type of response from EBay.

The case is Aramex generate RTO of PPID 38270297193 , PPID 38131940207 money was refunded to buyer and then aramex delivered the parcel to buyer , Niether i got my parcel back nor money since 3 month..

Please sir, Mercy on me and reply me back when i will get the remittence of both transaction, I want my money , this is not my fault , this is your system fault, in webiste clearly mentioned that item is delivered and in paisapay is clearly mentioned money is refunded to buyer so what are you waitng for buddy for 3 months ,
