I have purchased a Casio edifice watch from eBay to present someone but when I received the same ,first the outer box received in damage condition so it is not at all in condition to gift somebody and second when I opened the case and saw the watch it really looks very cheap quality or local brand as in all original casio watches printed backside or inside dial(made in Japan) but in this watch not mentioned anywhere the same also watch is too much heavy...now I requested for claim and as per the claim team requirement I uploaded watch images on the given link. Problem is there is no option to call them(claim.team) and if I'm calling to customer care they always say ,claim team will contact you but I'm still waiting .. response from claim team is very slow ..
