I placed an Laser Burner one month ago but the fraud seller has cheated me. The laser is a toy laser, he wrote "burning laser" in title so I open a claim on Ebay CS but they told me to upload the images of "Item not as described". So how can I capture it? After I thought, I upload some pictures on 23/05/17 but since that there is no response from the Ebay. When I contact them they said one thing that they will contact me in next 48 hours but for Ebay, the 48 hours has not been completed since that.
So what can I do now?
