copies once again.

Proof Of Identity of the bank account name registered with PaisaPay.

Proof of address of the account holder name.

Please update us once the copies are sent to expedite the process.

now comes the surprise

I understand from your mail that you have send the KYC documents for
verification.

On checking your records I see that the team has yet not received the
copies send by you. They have received the mail in which there is no
attachment for the same.

So I would suggest you to resend the copies. Once you send the copies
inform us the same so that we can update the team.

How is it possible that they got the documents on the first mail (DEC 4th) and than they forwared the same (on Dec 7th) and than Today (Dec 9) they say they didn't receive the documents.

I have sent (Nov 22, 2008 4:25 PM)and resent (Dec 1, 2008 12:14 PM)the documents Twice

What I sure understand from all this is that eBay on the pretext of Verification Use our money to help fraud buyers to enjoy a great life and in turn harras us with repeated threats (yes these are threats) when they take us for ride of receiveing the documents and than not having them received.

I want to know how many of us are traped and are victim of this

Let us get together and elimanated eBay and its curruption which has left us with losses and agony

HI, I got the same problem issue from ebay customer care, I sent the documents on Nov 17th for KYC verification. and I chat with customer care about this issue on Nov 4th, The POA is not same as Registration Address, SO You need to change the address and back with me,

So I changed the address and re send the documents on 5th DEC, and I got a mail from Ebay customer care, "we checked our Records we are not received the Docments from your End, So you Need to Re send the Documents to Paisapaykyc@ebay.com.


How iT possible, First they told we received the documents and 2nd time we are not received the Documents

Ebay customer care is very poor, No Proper response from
Ebay and lot of tie waste and MOney Waste,

They DIdnt maintain proper support

Welcome to the jungle,... now like me and you there are several hundred here who have lost a huge amount in eBay and not only that I am receiving negatives.

How can I ship if I already know that My money is stuck with cheats

Paid for a mobile phone thru paisa pay on 22nd November (Rs. 3297.60, Paisapay ID 23138231994/ seller 'sannam0811' - Seller did not ship the item and initiated refund, then refund was approved on 6th Dec -2008. But the money is not credited back to my HDFC a/c until now, Have contacted many occassions thru Live chat/ phone support/ and email (total 9 times Aprox).. I fed up with these customer care executives and totally disappointed with their way of approach when I heard their system is down yesterday when I called last time. This same answer I heard from them total three times in this single issue. Actually they are simply testing someones extreme patience. I don't know how can I get my money back this time....
