I have ordered an item from eBay.in on 7th August, 2016 [ PaisaPay ID: 43271852937]. The product was delivered on 13th August, 2016. Upon inspecrion I found it was not working and defective, and lodged an eBay guarantee claim on 13th August [ Claim ID: 2233282, PaisaPay ID: 43271852937.
On 15th August, they sent me an email saying that my claim has been resolved, and within 7-10days, they will sent me an coupon of 110% item value.
But till now [ 16th September'16], I am still waiting to receive my refund. I have 7-8 times called their help line, done live chat with them, sent emails- asking for help.
Every time they say that my case has been escalated, and I will receive my refund within 7-10 days.
I am already frustrated with their service, and have lost hope of receiving refund.
First of all they are providing coupon and not actual money, and inspire of it their irresponsible atitude is really horrifying.
Never ever buy from eBay.
