For quite some time now, I've often experienced a snag in applying a valid coupon. The error message says "Requested action cannot be completed now. Please refresh the page or try again later." Note that this is not a case of trying to use an expired or incorrect coupon. The problem eventually goes away after some time but it often remains the same for hours at a stretch with no way of knowing when the process will work again.
Please explain and let us know if eBay is aware of the problem and is actively working to solve it.
