Shipping charges charged even the buyer & seller are from same city

I have purchased an item (Paisapay ID 30165726307) today. Both mine and the seller's city is Thrissur(Kerala). The item shipping charges is free for the same city, it mentioned in the listing. But when I paid for the item, Rs.49/- was charged towards shipping charges.
I think there is a software bug here which should be rectified by ebay team. Also, I request the ebay to refund the amount to me at the earliest which was charged against the claim in the listing.

Or else, kindly clarify this issue to me.

Dear Sobish,

If pin code of your seller & your's is same then only n shipping charges will be applied. But if both are different then system considers that buyers location is not in sellers city. That is the reason you charged for that & thats right.
