I had already sent an email regarding this to ebay team and they didnt respond even after 12Days.
I'm taking about the below order

I ordered an item from eBay.in and I returned that because I was unsatisfied with that item as it was not as per the images or description.
eBay has refunded me the amount I spent on that product, but not yet returned the amount Rs.465 I spent to ship the item back to the seller.
I checked the shipment status and the item was received by the seller. The Tracking number for the returned item is 39916899363 and it was shipped via bluedart.
Please do the needful to get my shipment charges back.
