My ebayid is hi_vijay My old mobile handset dead hence i decided to
buy a mobile quickly on ebay. I placed order on the same day and
borrowed a mobile from my friend for temporary use. I placed order on
2-dec-14 and it was expected to ship on 8-dec-14. I thought as seller
is power seller, he will ship more quickly.
Seller only made an shipment entry on 8-dec-14 midnight and nothing is
shipped yet. I contacted ebay support team many times and raised a
claim on 10-dec-14. Seller never pick phone nor reply to email or
contact seller option.
ebay support ask me to wait and wait. It is not yet shipped and I am
not getting refund too.
This is happening with hundred of customers who bought mobile from
that seller. He doesn't care about it as he
knows support team can't do anything as he entered shipping details.
He don't have mobile handset to ship and he found loophole in system
and fooling all of us. ebay CS people are only status reading machine
and instead of taking action only ask me to wait for 48 hours (daily).
I am not getting handset and nor getting money and no one knows when
the claim will be closed. IT IS VERY VERY FRUSTRATING NOW.
Since 10 days, daily CS says wait for 48 hours.
I don't trust ebay now.
Please someone help me.
