Hi eBay team I have ordered a Samsung power bank on 6th Feb 2017. The price of it is is694rs plus shipping 55rs. I liked the product as the pic indicated that it is brand new product. I was eagerly waiting for it because I was in need of power bank. The product arrived yesterday evening, I opened it exitly. All I found is used product and it was in an very bad state.. I am highly disappointed with eBay, U guys cheated on me there was no mention in the description abt the product it is used.. I am shopping online for years but have not experienced such bad thing.. According to me u guys are the worst online shopping website I have see so for.. I hav complained to the seller yesterday itself no response from him.. I don't need this product,please take it back and refund my money.. Orelse I should approach legally.. The name mentioned in website is "Samsung 20000 mAh Power Bank Portable Battery Pack Universal Charger Power Pack"
