Seller standing below standard even when all criteria are satisfied.

my seller standing is again changed to below standard. it was same for the past 1.5 months.
on my seller dashboard i can clearly see that my ratings are quite better than what is expected for above standard.

this was from past 1.5 month and was revised on 20th to above standard. but again today it changed back to below standard without any reason

i tried calling up customer care but no one seems to know this issue.

one person even said since the requirements are 1.20% but yours are 0.50% hence your rating is below standard.
it should be exactly 1.20% not more and not less.
It shows the level of knowledge the customer care people have.

please check it thoroughly and change my standing to above standard.
i again cannot wait 1 month for this to happen. my sales are seriously affected due to this

Well same here, our account standing is "below Standard" inspite of just three negatives in last 30 days and no neutrals for last 60 days. Lowest ever low DSRs in last month, all parameters well above threshold level, still it is this.

As usual most in Ebay India are clueless. i did not bother to call customer care. i perhaps know more about ebay rules than them 😉

Even i had to first explain the rules.

first the person said that your low DSR is lower than what is required i.e. 1.20/2.40%. I had to first explain that lower is better. so i have better DSR ratings.

The person had no clue about what is going on.

later he even said it should be exactly as what is required. i.e 1.20 for item as described and 2.40 for others.

it is like getting exactly 40 marks in test or else you will fail.

i hope some experienced person replies to this and resolves the problem.
