Hi,

I'd like to start this topic with a very strong note. "I think... no, I'm pretty much sure that 'ebay' has successfully emerged as a CHEATER in the last 5-6 months". Why I'm saying so, please read on...

I'd bought the following items and have not received my gifts yet.

I guess, the only way left for me is to buy some very less expensive items from ebay power sellers and leave negative feedbacks intentionally so that ebay will listen to me.

I agree!
They have cheated me as well.
I bought goods more than 2 lac rupees and was entitled to receive and Ipad 3, instead they sent me a cheap and old Ipad 2. Thats cheaper by almost 8000 bucks!
When i complaint, they told me that I will get a resolution within 5 days, Now its more than 1 month and I have not got any resolution.
I have called them over 10 times now.
I have screenshots of the promotion which clearly says "Ipad 3" on purchase of goods more than 2 lac rupees.

I hate Ebay now.
and I am posting my review and experience on every site I can.
Also I will try to take this to higher level.

Can anyone help me with some email ids of some higher authorities on Ebay?
