I saw an ebay shop called 'Nitro Fashion House' (ebay id nitro_fashion)On the home page of the shop on the top right displayed prominently is his mobile no. He has given this no. for live help to customers. What I understand from ebay policies that you can not display your contact details in listings or shop.
Has this seller voilated ebay policies.
If yes then how come he's not suspended till now and enjoys to be there as a prominent seller.
Is he given relaxation by ebay because he is a big seller.
Is he not trying to avoid ebay fee by directly communicating with the buyers.
If this thing is allowed, I'll be toooooo happy to open an ebay shop where by paying just Rs. 199 to get customers directly.
