Hello,
I sold an item Iphone 5s 16gb and buyer received item on time.
However, i entered information of shipment incorrectly and later wanted to rectified.
In the meantime, buyer opened a refund request that he has not received item.
I was contacted by ebay and i have provided POD/DRS copy to ebay but not able to open a claim for item protection.
For now, Buyer has done fraud and has kept my iphone 5s and as well as got refund back in his account.
Can someone please help me in resolution?
I am currently in US and item was delivered and sold in India.
