After so many calls and mailing, i have not received my refund from seller as seller told me, and seller's mobile no. is not reachable. As seller acknowledged that he received the battery on his address then what is the problem,
Seller selling the battery saying that "100% Original BCL 2 Battery for Lava Iris Pro 30" but battery is duplicate and not the same as discribed.Very bad experience wiht ebay because of worst seller
My claim got rejected due to not understanding the process and ebay rejects my Claim.
Ebay please tell me how Customer can understand the rite process to claim and return policy. You just rejects the claim.
Stop taied up with froud seller and save your relationship with customers if Ebay really cares about.
This is a festival time and i was planning to buy some goods from here but due to this incident i am not going with ebay.Because my claim not sort out yet.
