Seller and ebay dont care for customers

I had bought a table vide *** from ** thru ebay on 30th June 2015

 

 

The table was to be delivered on / or before 11th August 2015. We accpeted their request for delayed delivery. The inferior / substandard quality table was eventually recd on 17th Aug 2015.

 

We complained about the table on 18th Aug 2015 and sunrise accepted the claim on 18th Aug 2015 saying that they will pick up the table within 3-4 days.

 

We informed sunrise on 21st Aug 2015 that the table was ready to be picked up, which they confirmed on 22nd Aug 2015 and we sent them regular reminders on email and on eBay.

 

Today is the 2nd of September 2015, 11 days later and still there are no signs of pick up and well ofcourse no refund.

Can anyone at ebay help
