I have been writing emails and even talked with vs agent Nidhi who assured that I shall have a refund and that was about 3 weeks ago. I have send repeated emails and phone calls only to be informed that it will be resolved in 24 to 72 hrs.
This is the hights of unprofessional behaviour.
