SanDisk Cruzer pendrive not shipped even after 20 days

I have ordered Sandisk 16GB pendrive from the seller "***" on 16th Oct 2014 and paid through netbanking. So far no item has been dispatched and no information from the seller. Fraud seller and EBay. Dont buy from EBay and from this seller.
