The product is completely not satisfactory. The plastic used in the product is of very low quality which generally found on footpath. As written it is 100% best quality but it is totally 200% poor quality. The mop as mention used to be in all 360 Degree Rotating so that it can clean each and every corner of the house but it has only a angel of 60 Degree Rotating .. The foam used by the mop is of third grade/ very low quality. it is totally unexpected.. Don't knw why ebay deals with such kind of product that people dont even buy from footpath. dont expect this from ebay.. being the largest online shopping but selling cheap things, which takes the reputation of the company. In short i can say that ebay doesnt give customer satisfication..
