i am trying to get my refund or mobile back since 6 months and i have updated 25-30 mails .some 3 minths ebay cuatomer care called and informed they are sending cheque.Wfter i got the mobile i got an issue and sent it back to sller .Sller is not responding where as ebay as well.
I am not in India currently and i am not getting any responses from ebay ,..i am trying to appoint a lawyer and put a case for the fraud .
