I ordered a Sony ericsson NEO V mobile through ebay Item no 140728401524. I requested for Red colour. After I contacted ebay they said the dealer doesn't have Red colour and asked if they can give Blue colour. I agreed for that and paid the amount on 18/04/2012. I received the courier by 23/04/2012 but the mobile was White colour. I contacted ebay and told them the issue. On 26/04/2012 they asked me to come in person and exchange the mobile with the proper one.
Eventhough I received the mobile at last, I wish to mention that
1. Why they dont verify the specifications/requests before delivery?
2. Why do they ask the customer to come to their office for replacement eventhough it is a fault of the dealer?
Kindly ensure that these things doesn't happen again.
