I order a product from ebay on jan 11 and it has been dispatched on jan 18 since the delivery deadline is on jan 28 I didn't recieve the product so I raised the claim the max days for a claim is 20 days by ebay policy but now I am waiting for the 25th day for getting a resolution for my case till I didn't get any results. I think ebay is doing some other thing with my money. Also when I am contacted ebay Customer care they are telling me that wait for 48 or 72 all the time. I think I may not get a resolution on this case after one year also. So guys please please please don't trust ebay company. They are not genuine
