Regarding refund

I have raised a claim having claim id 1904231 against a product received on 21 April 2016. Refund was approved by eBay Guarantee on 26th April 2016. It should be credited by 6th May 2016 in my bank account, but not credited. I called in customer service they just gave me assurance that money will be appear in my bank account till 17th May 2016. But it is not yet received.
This is id given by a executive who attended my last call 1_74267547039.
Please tell me is eBay Guarantee is really exists or not. Because its been more than 20 days I have not received my money

I got message from eBay.in that my refund for paisa pay id 42816147705 having claim id 2077076 and 2076459 is approved on 20th June 2016. But its been 8 days now I didn't received my money back

Dear Sir, I have bought following product "Strontium 4GB Micro SD SDHC Class 6 Memory Card For Mobile SmartPhone (252442762073)" having paisapay id "42992733775".

I have recieved courior package but there was no memory card in the package.

I have raised claim having id "2140045".

I was told to reship the product back to warehouse, but I did'nt recieved product. What I should reship?

My claim was rejected by "rkcsruser3".

Seller also not helping regarding the issue.
