Regarding re shipment of damaged product

Hi team I wanted to inform u that I have registered a complaint as I have received a damaged gadget.. I have done the re shipment procedure by dtdc courrier & can provide u all the details

Regarding re shipment of damaged product

my case is also the same. I have even sent ebay with the shipping invoice of the damaged product receivedwhich was amounting to INR 2,200 via DTDC. The cost of damaged product paid was INR 5100/-.

i was promised tht whatever be the shipping charges for sending back damaged product will be refunded to me but its almost 2 months and no news. whenever I call customer service they always tell me that they will let their superiour know regarding the matter and will get back to me but till date nothing solved..... lets see.
