I was order in ebay 1 week before but i am not happy about the seller because of their damaged product and they are not even response for my request for my refund policy.They call me after sometime and they told me to take a picture of that usb port and send to their whatsup no.Then i send the pic of that damaged product,but they dont even call me after that.Then again me only call to them and told to them that i send you the pic of that usb port please response me.Then again i call to the seller that what response for my product but they told me that we dont even see your product after we see your product we give respose to you.But they without informing me they cancelled my cliam,now i only have some belief on ebay guarantee only.So please accept my request and take necessary action to refund my money.
