I have not received the item till now. I contacted the courier office and they investigated and replied that they don't have any DRS Copy. And also they informed that they alerted ebay regarding this matter for refunding my money. I have been waiting for last six months for this issue. I have tried to contact the ebay by phone But I couldnt able to talk to any of the representatives. Everytime I have to waited for minimum 15 minutes and only the **bleep**ing song is singing I could nt talk any of you.. I am really not happy with your customer service.
