I purchased an item on Global Easy Buy yesterday, 29th January 2014 for Rs 4059. I wanted to cancel this order ( no ***) today, 30th January but have been told by the customer service team that once placed an order cannot be cancelled even when I have called the very next day and the item has not been shipped yet.
I am extremely disappointed since each and every other website allows a customer to cancel a product before it is shipped and I am a regular customer on various other such websites. A customer should be allowed to cancel if she wishes I dont think I will be never to buy anything on ebay again. Ebay must keep the customer's convenience in mind and not just the seller's rights..
