My Claim Id is:1011813
My refund was approved on 09-Jun-2015 and it was mentioned clearly "Your refund will be sent to your original mode of payment and it will take 6-8 working days for the amount to reflect in your account"
Till date I have not received the refund. I had a chat with ebay executives also but everytime they give me some new informaion. Today they said the claim is still under process and I will receive a call back. I want to understand if the claim is approved now why will they call me. I have checked with the bank also and the are saying they have not received any request for refund from Ebay and the bank need ARN no. to take it further.
Please check and advice what is the exact status and when will I receive my money back.
