The pid - 37494669225 and Claim id 677976
The product was damaged So i re-shipped it along with all the courier receipt and Ebay told me to return the Amount and send me a coupon for my shipping amount.
Its being a long time app 20 days the amount is not credited till now and no coupon from Ebay
I tried to send mail to insellerverification@ebay.com many times for the status but no reply from them
I even called many times to ebay customer care but no one is picking the call, all time its saying All are busy even after 8 minutes of call and saying expected waiting time is 25 minutes
God knows how this service is ?
Pease help me to get my purchase amount return back
This is vey very bad experience with ebay
