Refund status approved but coupon not yet received in my account .....

Hi,

 

I have raised claim which was approved on 19 Nov 2014. i get the approval mail which is stated "coupon will be received with in 7 to 10 days.

after 10 days passed i try to reched to customer care. every time they told me that it will receied with in 48 hours or 4 to 5 days.

Till now i have not received any coupon.

Now i understand the problem of online soping.

If i purchase it from market i will then the article which i puchased with me.

not wasting my money and time to calling customer care.

 

Now i really feel like that i am provide the support to them for my calim to explain again and again my problem then get the answer.. wait.........

 

Is there any reality in PaisaPay then my claim ids are 756865 and 756870

I also am facing the same situation...

 

 

Calling every day to EBAY... no resoultion... no CALL from them.. no message from them...

 

 

Every day .. saying we are investigating...

 

 

I think this may be my last shopping on EBAY...
