Claim no-982911:-
EBay India was supposed to refund my return shipment charges on this claim no. The claim has been approved by them on 8th May 2015 and committed within 15 working days I will be getting my return-shipment refund amount, but till now they are not giving. It’s been almost 1 and half month completed. I have made lots of follow up, these guys are giving me false commitment day by day with giving me dates. I also have escalated to grievance officer. He is also not listening. There is a long chain email conversation with me. They are fraud. Please help me out on this.

- All Please dont believe on refund of reshipment charges if you are sending product by own. in most of the cases ebay does n't have good service in this area like what other do (they have there own pickup chain)
- Customer support are totally uneducated, I have got many time false information, false commitment.
