I am struggling to get refund for my HP Pavilion dv6-6100 - 9 CELL ORIGINAL LAPTOP NOTEBOOK BATTERY from laptopgallery.
I have raised a claim and for past 18 days I am struggling to get a response from the same.Ebay CC is very irresponsible and they do not care about it.They tell one call will come as if some important person is calling.Incase you miss the call then again GONE case.
I am very sad about this behaviour and I do not know how to find a solution so decided to contact every higher authorities regarding the same.I am seeing ample comments about ebay service.
I spoke to many CC people one among that was Vinay singh who asked me to send proofs and I did the same but again no reply or response further to that.Now today I spoke to Mr.akash vehanvaal and waiting for his actions.
Anyways pathetic service ..... hatoff you guys.
